Q: What materials are your products made of?
Our jewelry is crafted from AAA-grade Eco-Friendly Brass — a premium alloy composed of approximately 65% copper and 35% other safe metals (such as manganese and zinc). It is nickel-free and lead-free, fully compliant with European REACH safety standards, and safe for all skin types.
Q: Do you offer stainless steel products?
We do not use stainless steel. Our specialty is gold-plated fashion jewelry with a genuine gold-like finish — a quality that stainless steel cannot replicate. If you are looking for premium gold-tone wholesale jewelry, you are in the right place.
Q: Is your jewelry real gold?
Our products are gold-plated fashion jewelry, not solid gold. They are designed to deliver the look and feel of real gold at wholesale-friendly prices — ideal for boutiques, jewelry retailers, and resellers.
Q: Do you offer S925 sterling silver products?
Our core catalog focuses on brass-base gold-plated jewelry. However, we do accept custom orders in S925 sterling silver. Please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to assist.
Plating & Durability
Q: How long will the plating last without tarnishing?
We use a proprietary RVS Electroplating (water electroplating) process that delivers exceptional color retention under normal wear conditions:
- Rings & Earrings: at least 2 years
- Chains & Pendants: at least 3 years
Please note: the warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme friction, fire, or exposure to strong acids or alkalis. We recommend ordering samples first — we are confident you will love the quality.
Q: What plating technology do you use?
We use RVS Electroplating (water electroplating), which produces the most authentic gold-tone surface finish available in fashion jewelry. We do not use PVD (vacuum plating), as it cannot achieve the same richness and depth of color that our customers expect.
Q: What is the plating thickness?
Our plating thickness is 0.03–0.05 micrometers (Mi). While this may appear thin compared to standard benchmarks, our proprietary process delivers performance equivalent to — or exceeding — 3 Mi conventional plating, with color retention of 3+ years under normal use.
Safety & Certifications
Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Do you have a REACH certificate?
Yes. All FJ Jewelry products are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free. Our products have passed REACH certification testing, meeting EU safety standards for jewelry. You can view our certificate here: REACH Certificate – FJ Jewelry.
Q: Are your products safe for children?
Yes. Our products meet the requirements for children's jewelry and can pass CPC (Children's Product Certificate) standards. Please refer to our certification page for details.
How to Order
Q: How do I place an order? / I can't seem to order directly on the website.
We are a wholesale-only supplier. Ordering is simple — just follow these steps:
- Contact us and tell us your product interests or target market.
- We will send you our product catalog with images, barcodes, wholesale prices, and stock information.
- Select the styles and quantities you want. We will confirm stock and prepare your order.
- We confirm order details: total price, shipping method, and payment.
- We pack and ship your order safely to your door.
You can also order directly through our Alibaba store.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We support multiple international payment options:

MOQ & Samples
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 12 pieces per style (one dozen), due to packaging requirements. For first-time buyers, you may order as few as 1–6 pieces per style as samples (at a slightly higher unit price) to evaluate quality and market fit. From the second order onward, the standard MOQ of 12 pieces per style applies.
Q: How can I request samples?
We offer three sample options:
- Self-selected samples: Choose any style and order 1 piece. Sample price is approximately twice the wholesale price.
- Curated samples (no sample fee): Tell us your needs and we will select suitable samples for you. Style quantity may be limited.
- Warehouse tail stock: Purchase remaining inventory at standard wholesale prices.
Please note: shipping costs for all sample orders are borne by the buyer.
Pricing
Q: Why do the prices on your website seem high?
The prices displayed on our website are suggested retail prices (MSRP). As a wholesale buyer, you will receive significantly lower wholesale pricing. Please contact us to request our catalog with full wholesale pricing.
Custom Orders (OEM/ODM)
Q: Can I order custom-designed products?
Absolutely. As a jewelry manufacturer, we support full OEM/ODM customization. Simply share your design requirements, product details, and desired quantity. We will source a factory quote and produce samples for your approval. The MOQ for custom production orders is 120 pieces per style.
Q: Can I add my own logo to the products?
Yes. We welcome private label and custom branding. Please share your logo design and we will work with you to incorporate it into your products — helping you build a distinct brand identity in your market.
Q: How long does production take?
- In-stock styles: Production and preparation from 3 weeks.
- Custom designs: Up to 3 months, depending on complexity.
Please share your product requirements and we will provide a more accurate lead time estimate.
Shipping & Logistics
Q: How do you ship? / How long does delivery take? / How much does shipping cost?
We ship worldwide and always prioritize your preferred shipping method. If you do not have a preference, we recommend the following options:
Europe & Americas:
- International Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 7–10 business days. Higher cost, most reliable.
- Dedicated Freight Line: 15–20 days. More economical. Duty-paid (DDP) options available. Declaration value must not exceed USD 150.
- Litian Logistics: 10–20 days. DDP service available (duties and customs clearance included).
Russia & CIS Region:
- If you have a freight forwarder, we can coordinate directly with them.
- If not, we can recommend trusted freight partners. Estimated transit: 15–25 days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight/volume and chosen carrier. We provide a full shipping quote in writing before dispatch. We do not mark up shipping fees. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
After-Sales & Quality Guarantee
Q: What if there is a quality issue with my order? Do you accept returns?
We maintain a strict quality assurance (QA) process before every shipment. However, in the rare event of a defect or error, please:
- Take clear photos and/or video of the issue.
- Provide the product barcode and quantity affected.
- Send this to us and we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Please note: returns due to human damage, misuse, or without valid reason cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
